Sarah Hartz, M.D., Ph.D.

Sarah Hartz

Dr. Sarah Hartz is Assistant Professor of Psychiatry at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis.  She has published research on topics related to substance dependence and psychiatric disorders, and is the recipient of numerous research awards.  Dr. Hartz earned a doctorate in statistics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and her medical degree from the University of Iowa.  She completed her residency in psychiatry at University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics and Washington University/Barnes-Jewish Hospital.
