Dr. Rosenbloom is a Professor of Public Health at the Boston University School of Public Health, and is an expert on health policy and issues relating to substance use disorders.  Dr. Rosenbloom served as Commissioner of Health and Hospitals for the City of Boston from 1975-1983.  He served on the National Advisory Council for the National Institute on Drug Abuse and was founder and Director of Join Together, a program to assist communities in addressing addiction and gun violence problems.
